How to train for an auto train
An auto train is a popular transport service in Asia.
The train travels at speeds of up to 160 kilometres per hour and is a favourite among travelers, many of whom want to travel without using an automobile.
The company that operates the train, Danglian, has been training its employees to be drivers for the train since 2011.
But a recent report by the Australian government showed that the company has been using drivers to help it sell its services in Australia.
An Australian Government Department of Industry and Trade report released in June said that Danglaian had “lost” at least $13 million over the last two years because it was using its employees as drivers to sell its train services in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
It said the company’s drivers were working for DangLians main driver, the company told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC).
According to ABC, Dangeans main driver had “disgraced himself” after his personal and professional life became clouded by the “bizarre” allegations made against him by the former driver, a driver with a long history of workplace sexual harassment.
The driver was also fired after an investigation by the company into the alleged sexual harassment claims, the ABC reported.
It is not known if Danglanis chief executive, Pauline Danglin, is aware of the report or is directly involved in the alleged abuse.
The ABC reported that Dangean’s Australian CEO, David Anderson, said in an interview that “people who are not qualified and people who have no experience” are being trained to drive for the company.
He added that the majority of the drivers are former train drivers and that the drivers were “trained to go out and drive on a train”.
The ABC said that while the report said that many of the Danglonians drivers were not qualified, Anderson said that “they were all very good” and that DANGLians drivers have “always been highly regarded” by their employer.
However, DANGlian is not the only company to use its drivers as a sales force for its trains.
The Guardian Australia reported in September that train operator Transurban said that it hired its drivers to “drive train and bus routes” for the transport company.
The drivers are not trained to operate the trains themselves and instead are hired to provide the train company with a “marketing presence” on trains, the report added.
According to the Guardian, Transurban had been training some of its drivers since 2015.
Transurban spokesman Andrew Wright told the Guardian that he could not comment on specific train services but that the driver training program “is part of our overall recruitment and retention program”.
However, the program has reportedly been in place for at least a year and has resulted in a “significant number” of employees “getting experience”.
The Guardian also reported that the Guardian Australia investigation revealed that Transurban was “a major supplier of drivers for train services to other companies”.
The company said that the train companies training program was a “long-term, multi-million dollar contract” that was “co-managed by Transurban”.
Transurban also told the ABC that the number of drivers hired had fallen to about 20% of its workforce since the investigation was launched.
The newspaper reported that Transformer had hired about 1,000 drivers over the past four years.
In the past year, Transformer has also hired thousands of drivers from other companies.
In January, the Sydney Morning Herald reported that a “slightly older” driver had been fired after being caught on camera allegedly abusing a passenger on a Transformer train in Sydney.
The man had allegedly pushed the woman, who was a transgender woman, against the train wall and tried to grab her genitals.
A Transformer spokesperson told the Sydney Daily Telegraph that the man had been “fired” for “violating our conduct code”.
The man’s employer, TransCanada, confirmed that it had fired the driver and that it would “continue to monitor his conduct”.
However TransCanada did not provide details of the case.
The Australian Government’s Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development said that its investigation found that TransCanada “has been training a small number of new train drivers over two years to manage train services” in Western Australia and Queensland.
It was also told that Transcanada had hired “several thousand train drivers in the last five years” and “continued to employ a small proportion of these drivers for a variety of projects across Australia”.
In July, the Department of Transport’s Industry and Innovation and Skills said it was “investigating allegations of sexual harassment and workplace bullying on Transcanadas rail operations” after a complaint was made by a former driver.
Transcanades general manager, Rob Rainsford, said that his company was “reviewing its workplace policies and practices to ensure that we can ensure that our workers are able to perform their jobs safely”.
The Department of Health’s Workplace Protection Branch said it is also “investigating the allegations and is making inquiries”.
